Investeringer i landbrug, skovbrug og svineproduktion

Onsdag den 17. januar 2018 fra 9.30-17.00 inviterer Mazanti-Andersen Korsø Jensen i samarbejde med Sorainen advokatfirma til orienterings- og netværksmøde med fokus på investeringsmulighederne inden for landbrug, skovbrug og svineproduktion i Baltikum og Hviderusland.

ExperienceAlgirdas Pekšys is a partner and head of the Corporate and M&A Practice Group in Lithuania, which includes the Corporate, Employment, Investment Incentives, M&A, Private Equity and Privatisation Practice Areas. Algirdas is regarded as a leading expert in corporate law, employment law and capital markets in Lithuania. He has been practicing law since 1999. 

Algirdas has extensive experience in advising clients on complex corporate and M&A transactions, including cross-border mergers, company group restructuring and joint ventures. According to the statistics of Mergermarket, Algirdas is No 1 among individual lawyers by the total value of advised major M&A transactions in the Baltics (EUR 4.139 billion during 2005-2016). 

During his professional career, Algirdas served for some six years as a corporate counsel of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange where he gained unrivalled knowledge of the capital markets industry and legal framework. Algirdas is also involved in advising foreign investors on FDI projects in Lithuania and counselling clients on complex employment matters. Algirdas is a member of a working group advising the Government on improvement of corporate law in Lithuania. Maksim Salahub is a partner and regional head of the Privatisation Practice Area. He is also head of the Corporate and M&A Practice Group and Intellectual Property Practice Area in Belarus. Maksim has been practising law since 2001. He was the country managing partner with Sorainen Belarus from when the office was established in 2008 until 2011.

Maksim has significant experience in legal support in cross-border M&A transactions and privatisations in the complex Belarusian legal environment, especially in due diligence of Belarusian enterprises, elaborating corporate structures, rendering transaction advice to clients and a full array of legal advice to foreign investors regarding their Belarus ventures. In his practice, Maksim has advised international financial institutions, transnational corporations and prominent foreign investors venturing into Belarus.
